My journey to becoming a chiropractor started almost twenty years ago when I first qualified as a personal trainer.
During my time in this profession I became very interested in how people moved and helped those with poor movement to improve through exercise.
After having some problems with my own lower back and seeking treatment from a chiropractor, I came to realise that exercise alone was not enough to help peoples’ movement and decided to spend 5 years studying at the University of South Wales and graduated with a Masters of Chiropractic.
As a Chiropractor, I really enjoy being able to restore a patients’ movement, but also love that I can help people with many other issues. Please don’t think that due to my background I will require you to be in the gym every day of the week, but I will definitely encourage you to move more and to move better.
I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).
My spare time is taken up with family and both participating in and watching a variety of sports.
